Comprised of 6 bright young brains – Jordyn, Josh, Hannah, Kayla, Hayley, and Rachel – the PLAY With Your Food team in Delaware is asking you to support them in their upcoming qualifier with the FLL (FIRST Lego League) robotics competition, a nationally renowned robotics competition. By supporting them, you not only are helping the team prove to the judges that people are participating in this challenge, but you also are earning the chance to win a $50 Visa gift card!
How can you support them? Well, the team explained in an email sent to us at TechGirlz:
“We have spent many months researching food additives. We learned that Americans spend 90% of their food budget on processed foods, and these foods are filled with additives that can actually make food unsafe!
So we designed the PLAY With Your Food Challenge. We want you to take back your plate – have more fun making (and playing with!) your own food and eating less packaged food. To encourage you, we’ve developed a website. Please take a look, and complete the challenge! We’ll be giving away some great prizes in early February, including a $50 Visa gift card!
